You'll get an evidence-based picture of how your leadership is experienced where decisions are made. You'll identify the relationships, allies and influence required for what you want next, then define the mandate itself: Greater enterprise scope, an investment portfolio, a new venture, succession, another board role, a new nonprofit or an ambition that matters to you.

Some conversations require privacy. Some decisions require distance. And some thinking needs more than the space between meetings. Khoj hospitality and the seafront create the conditions for all three.

Your Stay

Shared villa accommodation with one other participant. Private villas available. All within Khoj Allana's private seafront grounds.

At the Table

All meals are included, from the Long Table and After Hours dinners to the final Peer Café. Open Time is deliberately built around the intensive working sessions.

Getting There

Return ground transportation is included from a designated Karachi meeting point. Flights are not included.

Today, she advises executives, boards and family business on influence, succession and the decisions that reshape a mandate. Inside the residency, Naveen leads the work on how your leadership lands, strategic capital, scope and value, and the conversations where influence is won or lost.
